Roxanne Kow-Goh
Roxanne discovered Bikram Yoga in 2011, and what began as a yoga practice soon became a lifelong journey of resilience and self-discovery. The practice transformed her life—it gave her confidence, led her to her husband, and ultimately inspired her to leave a successful corporate career to teach full-time.
She began teaching at Bikram Yoga City Hall, Singapore's first authorised Bikram studio, before going on to teach thousands of classes. As the recipient of the Best Yogini Award at Bikram Yoga Teacher Training, Roxanne is known for her high-energy classes, attention to detail, and encouraging teaching style that welcomes students of all abilities.
Alongside teaching, Roxanne has competed in local, regional, and international yoga championships, earning awards between 2013 and 2016. She continues to study movement and wellbeing, bringing a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to every class.
Roxanne believes yoga is about far more than physical flexibility. It is a practice of showing up, staying present, and discovering what you're capable of—one class at a time.
"You don't need to be flexible to begin. You simply need to begin. Everything else is part of the journey."
